Instagram has made an update to its app icons and design layout yesterday. The update includes Instagram, Layout, Boomerang & Hyperlapse apps. Unfortunately the Windows Store only has Instagram app. And the app will be updated with new app icon and layout later this week. Android & iOS updates are live from yesterday afternoon.
This will be the updated icons for Instagram, Layout, Boomerang and Hyperlapse respectively.
Also the UI of the app has changed. The company claims the simpler design puts more focus on your photos and videos without changing how you navigate the app.
The company has also posted a video on how the new app icons has evolved.
