UWP AccuWeather updated for Windows 10

The UWP AccuWeather App updated for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile with New Design Improvements.The app has been bumped to version 10.0.256.0.

The update brings lot of features and improvements for the UWP app.Please find the changelog below for the list of changes.
