First build of Redstone 3 is available now for Fast Ring Insiders. And we have another new feature available for Windows 10 with RS3. Actually, it’s not a new feature on Windows, it was available until July 2013, and was pulled back then. Yes, we are talking about the offline support for OneDrive on Windows 10.
Microsoft Watcher Brad Sams had come up with a new post showcasing the animation features of Project Neon. In the post, he has showed a new icon for OneDrive. The new icon may probably indicate files available through OneDrive, but which are not available locally.
Microsoft was in plans for making OneDrive available offline since last October. And was discussed the same on Ignite Conference in a session for One Drive. The company has promised that offline support for OneDrive will soon become available for Windows 10. Microsoft is calling this feature as “On-Demand Sync”. This may soon arrive in the upcoming builds of Redstone 3.
How many of you are waiting for this feature? Let us know in the comments below.

Probably number #1 feature I am hoping to receive from Microsoft at the moment. We are planning on moving our entire file-server over to SharePoint / One Drive for Business once this is possible.
