Dell Confirm Windows 10 Creators Update to arrive in April

Earlier we have confirmed that Microsoft was planning to release the Windows 10 Creators Update in early 2017. Later on it was confirmed that the company will be planning to release the update in March 2017. But now at the CES 2017, Dell has confirmed that the Windows 10 Creators Update will eventually be available for download in April 2017.

The Windows 10 Creators Update is also know as Redstone 2 which would be the second major update after Redstone 1 with lot of new features coming to Windows 10 PCs and Windows 10 Mobile.

Key improvements in the Creators Update will include:

  • An overhauled interface for sharing content
  • App folders on the PC Start menu
  • A more cohesive communications experience
  • Improvements to the Edge browser, including blocking Flash content by default
  • New accessibility features, including support for braille
  • New management and security tools for IT professionals

If the Creators Update does arrive in April,  the rollout every one expects to begin just a few weeks before Microsoft’s Build 2017 developer conference. The company is supposed to announce some key details about its another new Big Update Windows 10 ‘Redstone 3’. The Redstone 3 update, as per earlier reports is due to arrive at the end of the year 2017 which is supposed to include a refreshed user interface.
