Microsoft is currently planning and internally testing the virtual keyboard which is based on the Swifkey technology. The new SwiftKey keyboard is expected to be included in the next build 16212 of Windows 10 for Fast Ring Insiders.
The new Swifkey keyboard is part of the CShell and is going to be made available on PC and Phones simultaneously when ready. The Keyboard features the same typing capabilities on PC that are found on the Windows Phones.
The keyboard which is in development internally by Microsoft is expected to support input via pen. The new Keyboard is being developed by the Microsoft’s WordFlow team is will introduce the swipe support which is currently available on Windows Phone.
The Swipe support feature was the most requested feature for the Virtual Keyboard on PC and with the look of things the Swipe support might soon be available for Windows 10 PC users.
